You may think that something as small as being optimistic won’t change much about your life

Have you ever heard this line?

“Just because I’m paranoid doesn’t mean the world is not to get me”

As you know this is a well known joke but lots of people feels like they are standing with their back against the wall those people who are reversed paranoid also called the optimists take advantage of the exact same consistent thinking yet they feel that the entire world is plotting to do them good.

Anything that occurs is driving them in the right direction. This attitude and mindset brings more wonderful thoughts and feelings so why wouldn’t you practice and train yourself to turn into a reverse paranoid?

Start to see obstacles and challenges as chances to grow, develop and change. For example, in case your business presentation fail and you didn’t make the sale look at it just like an opportunity to create a much better presentation and become much better at your work.

Start to see the challenges / problems as an opportunity to give you the energy to change instead of the fear and worries that makes you feel like a failure.

Try to look for the seed of a better thing when you feel that all things are failing for you. The majority of us considers getting fired as a very bad thing and even if you really want to quit your job for one reason or another in most cases you feel sad. You must remember, the end of one job however, usually contains the promise of a brand new beginning at your next job. If you look at it that way you’re focusing on what it reversed paranoid thinks about.

Recognize the incredible benefit in each and every event, almost immediately you’ll start to see that good is not an accident but something you create with your attitudes. For those of you who saw The Secret, Lisa Nichols is one of the bright shining experts. She’s also a world class teacher and the author of the New York Times best selling book “No Matter What”.

Her journey didn’t start out of the desire to be a motivational inspirational speaker, law of attraction coach and a transmissional coach. Her journey started as a way of  saving herself from the emptiness that surrounded her. It was first and foremost a very private and personal process, she needed a change.
