Your job is to be the solution to all their problems. It is important that you tell them exactly how they can profit off of you. A lot of distributors out there are way too forceful. They push their product on prospects, scaring them away. If you are too eager, a prospect will probably not want to join your business.
Why?
The first phone call should be completely about the prospect and never about you. Your prospect isn’t going to be interested in your company or your products. What they are interested in is how they can profit off of these products.

The way you use your network marketing tool on the first call is to make sure that you ask open ended question to get the prospect engaged. The following are 6 questions that you must ask on the first phone call.
1. First you should greet the prospect and ask if he is able to talk right now.
2. Then you need to ask if the client is interested in a home based business.
3. Then you will want to ask how long they have been looking for one.
4. Next you need to ask if they have found any offers that they are considering.
5. Find out what the prospect values the most in their life.
6. And last but certainly not least, find out how driven the prospect is to succeed. If the prospect is highly driven to be prosperous, then they will most likely be an important asset to your business.
